My approach and mission
Leadership shouldn’t be a solo journey.
A research quoted by Harvard Business (2023) shows that human relationships are the top source of workplace tension.
My work focuses precisely on this human dimension: impact, self-awareness, trust, collaboration.
In my career, I saw that most challenges weren’t about process, but about relationships, dynamics and expectations. I also saw how quickly things transform when leaders show intention, courage and care.
I am convinced that leadership starts within.
What drives me today is to partner with leaders to create meaningful impact on themselves, on their teams and their organisations.
