1. How do I know if I need a leadership coach?
You might consider coaching when something is not fully working : you feel stuck, need more clarity in your role, or want to strengthen how you lead your team.
Coaching provides a structured space to reflect and better understand the patterns that may be holding you back in the way you lead, communicate or make decisions.
It is also particularly valuable during moments of transition or increased responsibility.
2- Is coaching relevant if I am in transition?
Yes. Coaching is useful during transitions, whether you are changing role, questioning your next step or redefining your direction.
It helps you gain clarity, to better understand recurring patterns or behaviours that may be limiting you, and move forward with more intention.
3. Do you offer coaching in French or English in Zurich?
Yes. I work in both French and English and support clients based in the Kanton Zürich, everywhere in Switzerland , Paris and internationally. I do 1:1 coaching either in person or remotely.
Team coaching is facilitated in person.
4. My team is not working well together. What can I do?
Most team issues don’t start with competence.
They start when tensions remain unspoken, expectations become unclear and trust slowly erodes. I help leaders and their team through team coaching to address these dynamics and challenges.
5. How to give feedback without hurting someone?
Many managers avoid feedback because they associate it with conflict or discomfort.
Yet unclear feedback often creates more tension than honest conversations. Giving feedback can be learned.
This is something I train regularly, managers and teams appreciate having a clear structure they can apply in their day-to-day work.
6 - Roles and responsibilities are unclear in our team. What should I do?
This is a common situation, especially as teams grow.
Unclear roles often lead to confusion, overlaps and frustration. Clarifying responsibilities, decision-making and expectations helps bring structure and makes collaboration more effective.
I work alongside leaders and teams on this through HR advisory or team coaching, depending on the situation.
7. How does the 1:1 coaching process work?
We start with a first conversation to understand your context and what you need.
I offer you a 30-minute call to explore your needs. Book a call directly in my calendar.
If we decide to work together, we define the focus of the coaching and agree on a starting point.
I work with a limited number of clients at a time to ensure depth and quality.
The coaching is structured over several sessions (90 minutes), typically over 4 to 6 months.
Each session builds on your real situations and challenges.
8. How does team coaching work?
We start with a diagnostic to understand your team’s context, challenges and dynamics.
This can include interviews, observations or a team pulse.
This helps the team better understand how they interact and where tensions may come from.
Based on this, I design and facilitate a series of sessions tailored to your team’s needs.
We work on trust, communication, collaboration and the way the team addresses tensions.
The objective is to create clearer ways of working and more effective team dynamics.
